Enrico Hufana is a true Chicagoan. 32 years of residency. A personable and professional commercial real estate broker, specializing in off market properties and also a new contemporary designer of residential living spaces.  The passion in being a broker originates from seeing the potential of bringing local businesses and services to the communities.  Creating an environment where spaces are both livable and resourceful, while keeping the qualities of design innovative .

There are 3 projects total that we have conceived, designed, and marketed.  Making livable spaces with modest resources in the beginning, to the flourishing family home that has elevated our work to a new plateau.  With inspiration coming from Paris, New York, and London, we are applying our design and creativity in the properties we have developed.
